Wood Fired Barrel Oven (with convection)

I've just completed my first oven firing with a Fan added to my oven chamber. The results by far exceeded my expectations.
I was able to achieve an oven temp of 700 degrees in about 20 minutes. The average temp. of 750 to 800 deg. aloud me to bake a pizza in 2 to 2-1/2 minutes.
There was No significant difference in the dryness of the crust. I attribute this to the air-tight baking chamber of a barrel oven. I am impressed with accelerated cook time. Of course I'm using Rocket Stove technology.
