Should I tip the barista?

Should I hold the same tipping standards for baristas as I do for servers? I have been wondering this for quite some time. I always tip my servers at restaurants 18-20% because I know their hourly wage is roughly $2-$3, thus the bulk of their income must come from tips. However, I rarely ever tip my barista, especially since they get paid at least minimum wage. What are your thoughts?
