How to make apple pie for a group? Individual portions?

Hey all! So I love making apple pie, and I make a damn good one. I have an issue though for this week. We're having a baking "competition" at my office and while I could make a few pies in my go to pyrex plates and then slice them thinly to share, I'm wondering if there's a better way to do this? What do you guys think? I'd rather not buy mini pie dishes, but that might be best?
