I told my aunt I'd reach out for help on her behalf for this one...she is in over her head with crabapples! She needs some ideas about how to use them, and I'm having trouble being of much help. My creativity stopped at jams, jellies, compotes, maybe a torte or something. However, she isn't into canning and is getting sick of making compotes. Keep in mind, these little things are super sour. Any ideas?
