How do I properly charge
I have always done family and friend events but I have recently been asked to Cater a grand opening of a boutique. Basic info 100 people 2-3 hour event I would be setting up and breaking down food will be tasty but basic don't want anything to messy around clothes. So a light chicken penne pasta no sauce, bbq jerk wings,fried wings crab meat salad, stuffed mushrooms and pinwheels. I have read to add cost of all food then x by 3 I believe.... would that be too much fir my 1st real event??
