Chile Infused Tequila

I'm looking to make 2 batches of chile infused tequila - one with habaneros, and one with jalapeƱos. Was wondering if anyone has a recommendation on infusion times... the info I've read has been all over the place, some say as little as a couple hours, while others say a few days. Wanted to see what worked best for ppl. Thanks!
