I am going to the Cape next week and I usually go fishing and generally catch striped bass. I would like to grill the fish whole for the family. Any advice? I have ideas for seasoning/ "stuffing" the fish and will have plenty of fresh herbs and citrus on hand. What is the best technique? How long and at which temperature should I grill it in order to get crisp skin? Do I need to remove any pin bones before serving? I am a novice to grilling fish whole and would love advice.
