What to do with bottom-shelf amaretto?

I have a couple of half-drunk bottles of middling amaretto that I don't want to drink in cocktails anymore, now that I've acquired the taste for the good stuff and Jeffrey Morgenthaler's Amaretto Sour. But I don't want to throw them out either. What can I do with them?
