Prosecco & Pizza
I'm looking for wine that goes with my pizza.
The dough is made by 00 flour, water, jeast and salt. I'll let it 12h sit and bake it thin and crispy. It will be topped with goat cheese, caramelised fennel and lemon zest.
What do you think about serving prosecco spumante with it?
