I'm curious as to who makes the worst pizza that you guys have experienced in NYC. I'm not talking about specific varieties that fail horribly, but pizzerias that prove incapable of making pizza (although if something does stick out in your mind for the former, your are welcome to share).
The only slice that sticks out in my mind as being awful would have to be Caruso's in Penn Station. While their slices are large, that seems to be the only thing that they have going for them. Very soggy, overly greasy, and had an off taste to it. I'd take Sbarro over this any day, let alone any of the other two pizzerias in Penn Station (which are pretty average).
