On a recent trip, I ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu at a restaurant. Hadn't had it in a while (couldn't remember the last time), so I went with it. I don't know if this place had a fantastic recipe or what, but it was delicious! To the point of where I'd like to make it on my own and have a "go to" recipe.
Does anyone have some recipe recommendations or helpful tips? Also wondering if I could substitute the hame with something such as proscuitto?
