Pizza crust gets soggy
I'm getting great looking pizza crusts with the steel, however after a few minutes out of the oven, the crust becomes soggy. I've been serving it on a plastic round pizza server. Was wondering if its the pizza server or perhaps too much sauce or something else? Thanks in advance
