Pepper Jelly?

So I recently had a transcendental restaurant experience (if you're ever in Durham you owe it to yourself to go to Mateo's Tapas Bar) and Espellette Pepper Jelly played a big part in it.

I've done a bit of research and it seems that these peppers are quite hard to find, does anyone know a good way to get them, or a good substitute pepper? Also, anyone have a favorite pepper jelly recipe I could play with?
