So we recently heard about the quesarito - a burrito made by replacing the tortilla with a full quesadilla (see a picture here). Which got us thinking: what other Mexican mashups sound delicious to you? I'm planning on developing recipes and making a dozen or so of the best ideas, so shoot'em out!
