Hotel Cooking Suggestions

I am looking for suggestions for cooking in a hotel room, with limited pans, no pantry, and a small range and microwave. A slow cooker is also available. Dinners with limited ingredient lists would be best, since I do not want to buy $50 in pantry items to cook a $10 meal. Thanks!
