What are good techniques for making bacon wrapped potato wedges?
I want to make bacon wrapped potato wedges tomorrow's football game. I will be baking them. So far my plan is to boil the wedges for a few minutes, toss in oil and spices, wrap with bacon and bake at 425F for about 20-30 minutes. I've never made potato wedges before and I would like them to be crisp not soggy. Does this sound like a good recipe plan? Does anyone have tips for making good potato wedges?
