Is Little Goat TRULY a diner?

So, here's the beef that needs to be solved/polled:

Question 1: Does Little Goat appear to be a diner on the surface?

Question 2: Is Little Goat, truly, in it's heart & soul, a diner?

Question 3: any other thoughts on what truly makes a diner a diner? Or something definitively NOT a diner?
