Chocolate in Wacky or Depression Cake
Okay, so everyone is fairly familiar with Wacky cake, it's an eggless, dairy free cake leavened with baking soda and vinegar. My question is that I have no cocoa, but do have baking chocolate. I think it should work to sub in melted unsweetened chocolate for the cocoa and some of the oil, but I thought I'd bounce the idea off here.
