A coworker and I are heading into DC for all of 24 hours for a few meetings, so naturally, we are carefully planning all of our meals.

It's been about 10 years since I last went to the city. She used to go down for a weekend once a month for two years, but was on a very limited income and rarely ate out.

If we were to have one fantastic, but not to expensive dinner (maybe around $30 person with drinks), where should we go? One caveat, it should have some vegetarian offerings.
