Heading to Santiago, chile for a few days and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on places to eat! We're on a bit of a budget but we'll have access to a kitchen too so we're willing to cook a few meals in order to splurge a little one night. Has anyone been? Any Good markets, bars and things to recommend? Thanks in advance.
