What saucepan do you use to make Chai tea?
I've been using a non stick saucepan & because its thin, my chai comes to a boil very quick. .But i'm not sure of its reaction with non stick.. since I have to scrub to remove chai residue..
What do you use? non stick, or cast iron, or stainless steel or enamel so chai boils fast & clean up is fuss free?
