Is there demand for a CSA in Long Island City?

I'm wondering what kind of interest there is in a CSA in Long Island City?

Unless you're on the waterfront near Food Cellar, the area is a pretty big food desert, especially when it comes to quality produce... and even so, the selection of organic and local produce there is slim and expensive.

Does anyone in the area also feel frustration over this?

Anyone interested in joining and/or helping to organize a CSA here?
