Hello, I know pretty much nothing about beef so I need some help. I wanted to make a stroganoff recipe tonight, the recipe calls for cubed round steak but my boyfriend bought beef tips so I wanted to use those. Would it make a difference if I used the beef tips instead of the cubed steak? And if it is not a good idea to try to substitute them what is a good recipe for beef tips?
