Surprisingly great towns for food?
When we moved from Berkeley, California to Durham, North Carolina, I braced myself for a serious downgrade in food quality. Imagine my surprise when the Triangle area turned out to be a food-lover's paradise with fantastic farmer's markets, several farm-to-table restaurants serving inventive food, myriad high quality restaurants of every cuisine and several ethnic markets to boot.
