Screwed up my prime rib - can it be saved

I had a senior moment and messed up my prime rib and I am wondering if I can still salvage this. I bought a whole boneless prime rib that weighed almost 20 lb. I needed to cut it and vacuum seal it for the freezer. When I cut it, I cut thick slices instead of cutting it into roasts. Do you have any suggestions for me when I cook this? I thought maybe I could take two thick slices (about 3 lb of meat total) and tie them together or something. Any help would be appreciated. Boy, what a "duh" moment this is...
