"Only In NYC" Gift Bag for Wedding

Interesting challenge here:

I am getting married in a few months and are having a lot of out of town guests come to visit. My fiancee and I wanted to put together a bag of "Only in NYC" treats to welcome our guests.

So far we've thought of...

Martin's Pretzels (always sold at the NYC Greenmarkets)
Nuts 4 Nuts Bag o' Nuts (Sidewalk Vendor Nuts)
Mast Bros. Chocolate Bar (May be too expensive)
Momofuku Milk Compost Cookie (see above)

I wanted to know if anyone else had any other suggestions or thought of something that could replace items above and be economical.
