Best Thanksgiving Turkey in Chicago?

Greetings Eaters! My wife and I are hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year, and we would like to roast a bird that is a cut above the Butterballs on offer at the local Jewel/Dominick's. Any suggestions? Thanks!
