Which activities slow you down in the kitchen?
Hey, we're not all professional chefs. Some of us are better at some cooking activities than others, and it shows when those "30 minute meals" become hour-long meals. When do you start to take a long, long time? Washing mushrooms? Chopping round things or maybe onions? Cleaning leeks? Peeling celeriac? BRINGING WATER TO A BOIL???
