Recipe Red Flags

Are there red flags which make you skeptical about a particular recipe?

For me - if the introduction to a recipe starts with something along the lines of "I don't like (spicy foods/brussel sprouts/mayo/lamb heart/etc), but this recipe makes it taste good", then I probably won't be making that recipe. Someone who absolutely loves (spicy foods/brussel sprouts/mayo/lamb heart/etc) and says that this recipe is their favorite - now that is one I want to make!
