My Wusthof blades need to be sharpened. I can either take them to a store in NYC to get sharpened or I can buy a home sharpener. Is a home sharpener a good idea? I figure that it costs about $7 a per knife to get them sharpened at the store while Wusthof brand sharpener is only $20. What do you think about the Wusthof sharpener or should I get a different one, if I go that route?
