arsenic in rice
I haven't seen a thread on this yet. What does everyone thing about the latest rice news? Are we being overly cautious or is this a huge problem?
Have you changed how much rice you eat or how you cook it? Tonight I cooked up some brown rice by rinsing it and then cooking it copious amounts of boiling water. Apparently, this should help remove organic arsenic in the rice.
