Where to get a nice brisket?
Okay, so, I sort of volunteered to make the brisket for Rosh Hoshanah next Sunday (9/16). Tried to call Fleisher's to reserve the meat and they are totally sold out (though they suggested using a chuck eye roll instead, not sure if that's a good idea).
Any ideas on where to get a nice brisket for the holiday?
