Hi! I made a huge seitan loaf yesterday, and I was thinking of making some pot roast with it for this evening.

I'm pretty new to seitan and slow cookers, so I wanted to know if it's okay to put pre-cooked seitan into my slow cooker, or if it would make it unbearably mushy (or worse!). Thanks so much!
