I've been looking for healthy alternatives for desserts and I hear that plain yogurt is great to eat and mix with things like fruit and nuts. I see this brand in my grocery store every day and I was just wondering if any has had it before. I guess it's from a local farm a clerk told me. Saint Benoit Creamery

Anyone know if that brand is any good, or what I should look for a good tasting, not too sugary yogurt?
