What wine should we buy for our baby?

My wife and I are expecting our first baby on Tuesday.

I've always thought it would be neat to buy a good bottle of wine (or two) from our baby's birth year -- one that would age well that we could share with him/her* when s/he turns 18 and/or 21.

(Yes, it's sort of cheesy, but whatever.)

So, any recs? Which 2012 wines would be good for this purpose?

* We don't know the sex; we're leaving it a surprise.
