If you could eat at Only One Chicago Restaurant

Although I grew up nearby, I haven't been back to the Chicago area for a few years. This July my family and I are attending a wedding, so we're staying at a hotel on E Wacker Dr slightly north of the Loop. Out of our busy wedding/ family schedule, we can squeeze in time to eat at a single fantastic Chicago restaurant--breakfast, lunch, or dinner. What are your recommendations for The One? We don't want to travel too far (i.e. clear across town) from our hotel.

The only caveat is that we have a six-month old who is coming with us everywhere, including to the restaurant. He is generally extremely well-behaved, but he IS a baby. And there will be five to seven of us or more in the party.
