Oy! My aunt needs some super easy, healthy, kosher and gluten-free recipes (she is healthy, husband has celiac disease, son is glatt kosher, oy!). The Internet tubes are not too helpful in this regard. She especially likes recipes that call for things like for example "1 box Pamela's yellow cake mix" rather than so much tapioca flour and brown rice flour and xantham gum and potato starch, yada yada yada. Enough with the mile-long ingredient lists! She already knows how to roast vegetables and cook a steak. Any ideas?
