These pots are awesome. I've had them over a year now. They really do clean easy with no hassles at all, even if I burn stuff or leave food there overnight. They say you can use metal utensils in them, but I don't dare. Always plastic.
I've ran into a problem with ONE pot and am wondering if you have any suggestions.
One pot has little bits of brown food stuck to the bottom. The last thing I can remember cooking in the pot is hamburgers, but I steamed them, not fried. Just meat and spices, some water, put a lid on and steamed them.
My Girlfriend cleaned the pot like she normally does. Being their non stick we don't use Brillo. Normally stuff wipes right off. I went to cook and I noticed the pot is a bit "bumpy" and I rub my finger on it and some of the brown bits come off. She cleaned it again and it's still there. So, I read somewhere online to put water and soap in the pot and boil it on the stove. No luck.
These pots are dishwasher safe, but since I've owned them I've never once put them in the dishwasher. They were always hand cleaned very easily so why would I put them in the dishwasher. So, I tried this pot in the dishwasher. That stuff is still on there!
