Anyone see this from Chef Sam Mason?

I've been a fan of Sam Mason ever since I saw him on TV.. he was on IFC (Independent Film Channel) with a cooking show that infused live performances from bands. I really miss that show.

But, anyway, today I stumbled upon this website of his:
