Dear All:

The UN will celebrate in 2013 the first International Year of Quinoa, which aims to raise awareness on the importance of this semi-grain for its nutritional value and cultural heritage from the indigenous populations in South America.

In October 2012, the UN will convene the launch of the International Year of Quinoa in the UN Headquarters in New York.

I would love to receive ideas from you on chefs, restaurants, and other partners based in NYC that would be interested in being involved in the actions of the Quinoa Year.
