Help for Family Dinner

Hi Guys!

We will have a family dinner next week and my Mom asked me to cook steak. It's going to be grandpa's 65th birthday and I am confused of what will be the best cut to cook. I found some choices in a website selling grass fed meats.

Will I go for Flank or Loin? [LINKS REDACTED]

Can you recommend some recipes too?
