Hacking Store Bought Mac N Cheese
There's a thread on SE about "Ramen Hacks: 30+ Easy Ways to Upgrade Your Instant Noodles". It's not about providing a full recipe, but about quick things you can do to make it different, unique, interesting, etc.
Is there a similar thread somewhere about store bought mac n cheese?
I have some boxes in my pantry.. actually shells n cheese. My original idea is that I wanted to try and make into a pie. Not sure how well that will work since it's not homemade.
Maybe I can thicken it up with something? What other suggestions do you have if I don't go the pie route?
