Berlin, Germany - good vegetarian restaurants?

I made a last minute booking to Berlin, Bermany this coming weekend. Very excited! I know Germany is the land of the sausages (and beer :P), but any other vegetarian recommendation or ethnic eats that are interesting? Thanks!
