Baking Bread with Rapid Rise Yeast
I love to bake... but I cannot seem to master baking bread! The main problem is that my dough *never* rises very much (let alone doubles in size), and so the result is dense and unsatisfying bread. Additionally, I don't know what is an appropriately warm place to keep the dough while it rises.
Does anyone have suggestions? Or can you point me in the direction of a useful article or blog post about bread-making?
