2.5 quart casserole dish vs. 3 quart casserole dish
I'm new to the kitchen and i have a 2.5 quart casserole dish and a lot of my recipes call for a 3 quart. I know its only a difference of 2 cups but should I upgrade to the 3 quart? and if i should upgrade should i upgrade to a higher quart?
If my 2.5 quart will work fine should i alter the time or wet ingredients in the recipe?
