It is always nice to have food that looks and tastes great!
Some things we need to remember when cooking or eating food:
1. Is the food i'm cooking actually healthy?
2. What foods may affect a particular condition in my body?
3. Are the foods i'm eating providing my body with nutrition?
4. What foods lead to an unhealthy life with problem after problem?
5. Do we really need as much protein as presumed?

These are some of the many questions we should ask ourselves if we want to live a healthy fulfilling life.
