Restaurant Recommendations for Huntsville, AL?

I'm on a three month work assignment in Huntsville, AL and would love some recommendations for great restaurants and/or bars (just no chain restaurants, please!). I love anything from fancy to divey...as long as it's good! Anyone familiar with the area?
