Marcato Atlas Pasta Machine Motor?
I have an old school Marcato Pasta machine. I am considering getting a motor. (There is a wide variation in price.) Are there differences between them? I see that some look like metal, but I think they are silver colored plastic.
Alternatively, I could buy a new integrated electric machine - a Weston Roma Express or one that looks like the Marcato but with a motor. Does anyone have any experience with these?
