Serious Eats: Talk
I looove french crepes, but everytime I tried to make them they were not at all like the ones I've had in France (usually too thick or too hard). I don't know if it's the recipe I've used or something I do wrong when assembling the batter or cooking the crepe.
Would you have either a great crepe recipe or tips on how to make awesome crepes? I love thin, airy crepes.
