We just learned we will be hosting 8-10 family members for dinner on Sunday, and I need some main course ideas. I've figured out Asparagus with Lime Ginger Vinaigrette as a starter or salad; and strawberry shortcake for dessert. But what to do in between, to please a wide range of tastes? Possibly two different protein dishes that are somewhat compatible, and are relatively prep-ahead or low-labor. Ideas? Thanks!
